SMS Alert/Email – Optional Module
Academy Attendance’s SMS Parent Alert module offers text messaging and/or email messaging to parents as part of a total student attendance system. Text messaging parents regarding unexplained absences and lates can result in up to a 40% reduction in those issues, as well as a significant improvement in attendance.Benefits:

This module allows the following options for sending messages to parents:

- Crisis Communications
- Any General school determined usage
- Inform Parents of Excursions returning back late to school
The system can also be used to communicate with parents regarding a broad
range of matters beyond unexplained absences and lates, including notification
of busses returning late from excursions, appointment reminders, last
minute cancellation of important events and meetings, and more.
